Waterfront Law Team Joins HalfMoon Education in Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Courses

Attorneys on our Waterfront Law team receive frequent invitations to teach at seminars on environmental law topics and on riparian property rights.  On July 28th, Waterfront Law Team attorney, Bryan Peeples, will work with HalfMoon Education and other law professionals to present a webinar on the topic of Virginia Land and Water Law: Ownership and Access. Topics to be covered will include:

  • Resolving Boundary
  • Understanding Utility Easements and Rights of Way
  • Defining Trespass and Adverse Possession
  • Understanding Riparian Rights and Access to Surface Water
  • Understanding Groundwater Rights
