
Bryan Peeples to Serve on the Virginia Beach Stormwater Implementation Advisory Group
Pender & Coward attorney Bryan Peeples has been appointed by the Virginia Beach City Council to serve as a member of the Virginia Beach Stormwater Implementation Advisory Group. The group will meet monthly for six months, with the goal to provide recommendations regarding how best to balance the need for stormwater management and flooding protection with development and redevelopment opportunities to the City Council.
Bryan focuses his practice on maritime and riparian law, eminent domain/right of way law, and environmental law. He is a member of the firm’s waterfront law practice group and writes blog articles regularly on waterfront (riparian) property rights law, maritime and admiralty law, and environmental law.
