Waterfront Law Team to Present at the North Landing River & Albemarle Sound Estuarine Symposium

Attorney Bryan Peeples of the Waterfront Law Team will present later this month at the North Landing River & Albemarle’s Sound Estuarine Symposium at the Virginia Beach Convention Center on April 26th. Hosted by the City of Virginia Beach Green Ribbon Committee, residents of both VA and NC, academics, students, and professionals interested in restoring and preserving the waterways of southeastern Virginia and northeastern North Carolina are encouraged to attend.

Bryan, along with fellow industry partners and peers, will discuss existing new research, collaboration efforts, and projects focused on opportunities to preserve and advance the watershed.  Bryan will participate in a panel focusing on the development of federal wetlands regulations, with a focus on the recent U.S. Supreme Court decision in Sackett v. EPA.

Attendees can earn Continuing Education credits for:
